PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Payment in full required with sign-up Checks must be made out to: Slope Surfers Ski Club CANCELLATION POLICY: $20 charge for any cancellation. If you cancel and your spot is not filled, your penalty is the limit of liability to the TRWSC and/or the Slope Surfers Ski Club, plus the $20 cancellation fee. 2-Day Trip Information: All Mammoth trips are by deluxe motor coach, departing from Building E7 Friday evening at 5:30pm sharp, and leaving Mammoth Mountain at 4:30pm on Sunday to get you back by 10:00pm. The trip price includes condo, bus, munchies and beverages on the bus, and all meals Saturday and Sunday. We make a dinner stop in Lancaster Friday night, but this meal is on you. Everyone is expected to assist in the cooking and cleaning chores. There is a Jacuzzi at the condo, so if you plan to soak your bod, bring a suit and towel. 3-Day Trip Information: The 3-day trips are the same as the 2-day trips with the following exceptions: departure is on Thursday evening, and you'll have to provide your own dinner the second night and lunch on the last day. Full refunds are available only if a written cancellation request is received two weeks before the trip departure date. After that date, it will be up to you to get a substitute. There is a $10 fee for any bounced check. These trips are structured for adults. Bus movies are often "R" rated. There will be alcohol at the bus, condo and jacuzzi.
